Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions

1. Travelers shall be solely responsible for complying with passport and visa regulations.
2. All quotations are subject to availability.
3. Payments may be made in Cash, Speed Point Machine or by EFT. All payments to be made in South African Rand, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
4. All travel and accommodation arrangements to be provided by external suppliers, such as flight booking, hotel reservations, car hire reservations, rail and sea arrangements, are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers thereof.
5. Vitz Travel and Tours cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any client's property.
6. Vitz Travel and Tours shall be liable for the interruption or curtailment of any tour, arising from any cause beyond its control, including the following: sickness, accident, weather conditions, natural catastrophes, strikes and war. Interrupted and curtailed tours will be rescheduled or refund at 50% at the discretion of Vitz Travel and Tours.
7. During tours, travellers shall respect and comply with all instructions given by tourist guides and drivers appointed by Vitz Travel and Tours.
8. Should specific circumstances occur, Vitz Travel and Tours reserve the right to alter or substitute itineraries and services with arrangements of equal values. The client shall be informed of any known changes before departure.
9. Vitz Travel and Tours reserve the right to request a deposit from the client to secure certain services. The full cost of Tours and Transfers must be paid at least 48 hours before commencement of the service.

Cancellation Fees

Unless otherwise stated upon confirmation of a booking, cancellation fees shall be calculated as follows:
